Personally, I would rank Singapore Airlines first and Cathay Pacific second. Either that list shows a bias towards Euro-American carriers, or I am just really into Asians...

Interestingly, Sir Richard Branson (owner of Virgin) has a home in the BVI, and his private jet is parked here quite a lot. He picks his personal flight attendants from the Virgin fleet, and they all seem to have, ahem, conspicuous features.

I've never flown Virgin Atantic, I can vouch for Singapore Airlines though.
