Hi everybody!
I'm a new poster, and a new diver as well. I did my advanced open water diver certification last summer and I'm looking for a good value in a dive trip. This looks like it might be it!
I'm coming from Kansas City so I haven't been able to dive in salt water. Lakes only so far. I've always been fascinated by coral reefs and the fauna that inhabits them so this sounds like a dream come true for me.
But since I've never been to Cozumel (or anywhere else) on a dive trip I do have a few questions.
#1, the big one. I'll probably be traveling by myself. My wife won't dive with me (claims she's claustrophobic and won't even try scuba) so will there be a problem finding a dive buddy?
Will weights be provided by the dive charter? I hope they won't expect us to bring our weights? Tanks will be provided? Will a camera rental be available?
Thanks for any replies, the first trip is pretty intimidating. There are more questions that will arise I'm sure.
