Hi Guys!
I'm shooting with a Sony HDR-SR11 camera in a BlueFin Pro housing with a Fathom 90 WA Lens Port. To avoid focus hunting, for most shots, I usually set my camera's focus control to manual an then set it to infinity. So far my images have resulted sharp.
Technically the fathom WA lens is a dome port, right? So, should I be focusing on the "virtual image" inches away from my lens rather than setting my camera lens to infinity? Are my images sharp using this approach because of deep DOF?
Thanks for your insights.
