Fantastic pictures Joyster and Debby!

Well, 51 people (and two dogs) attended by the time everything got underway. Walter even worked with one of the Lifeguards on duty (She wanted to know how to fry a turkey so she hung out and had some lunch with us).

Thanks to everyone who had anything to do with the party!

Walter cooked three perfect birds
MB cooked excellent Bald Eagle skewers!
Valhalla didn't make it but sent Joyce money and we all benefited from that
Joyster collected pot-lucks from people who wouldn't be there until later - and brought the mur!
KBeck ran around to get everything that was missing (utensils, condiments, etc.)

... and everyone who brought such delicious and interesting pot luck dishes!
---

I had a great time and will be getting my dive pictures on the board after I get KBeck off on her business trip
---

On a scale of 1 to 10, I give this party about 8.5... Only because the rest of SB wasn't there to enjoy it with us!

OK, OK... I'll post one of my pictures as a teaser

Joyce, I dived.. and missed them :(

Wonderful time! I had a blast. So good seeing old friends, meeting future dive buddies and hanging out with some really cool people. Thanks to Hector and Debby for being good dive buddies. Love the photos Debby. Am gonna use the one for my avatar! (the pufferfish is a striped burrfish). Looking forward to diving and hanging out with everybody again next year. Oh, MB, the manatee burgers were good!

What a fun day sports fans!!! Kudos to all and especially Walter for giving us all the bird and to Joyster who graciously delivered my soda contribution since I was diving in the morning and for bringing the inconspicuously labeled mur. :D

Good times people!

Yup - a superior event!! Wonderful turkey! Two types of cranberry salad for which I'd love to have recipees! Kosher ham! Deserts and pies galore! Good this, and excellent that. Nice company. It didn't snow, though I thought for a while I was in Ohio! Sorry my poacher ran short of supplies, but the thin sliced eagle and spotted dolphin chunks (on sea grapes) semed to work out as a substitute.

Jim - Nice rays. Thanks to all who worked hard as non-organizers of the event!!

Here you go MB. Bon apetite!
