We were thinking about it. We'd be able to be there Saturday, Saturday night and Sunday. Having never been, not knowing many people, and waiting so late to decide we were'nt sure about it. We'd like to. Are there any campsites left? Places to park a boat? I've been to Vortex once.

Saturday night is the time to be there, as that's when we have the cookout and um.... well, some people like to drink adult beverages and sing karaoke on Saturday, so I'll just say that there is good food and "entertainment" of varying quality and descriptions ;)

X-Ray and I should have a sign on the tent with our ScubaBoard names, and you've met both of us, so you should recognize us. We'll be happy to give you a few pointers about where to be with your camera to get the best shots :eyebrow:

Most people bring something for the grill or some other camp-friendly vittles to share.

Saturday everyone usually finds something to dive in the area, either by charter, shore, boat, cave or spring. Vortex has a full service dive shop, so you can get your fills done there, and pick up any extra gear you may need. Panama City, and Destin have shops that can do the same thing of course.

Sunday is usually spent recovering from Saturday, and some folks will try to work a dive or two in on their way back home.

It's a great way to meet new divers, and you'll already know some of the cool kids, so it should be a good time ;)

Oh my. Won't I feel out of place then around the cool kids! lol. We have campsite #12. Brandy and I will be the couple wandering around with a bewildered look..trying to find someone to let us dive with them. lol.

Great video btw. I like a good photo. However, I will sit and watch even the worst of video completely enthraled. lol. Its a plus that yours are consistently well done.

Nice report,Pics and see you next weekend, I am still thinking of driving up on Thursday.

I should be up Friday night. Not sure about Barry though. I'd guess he would try to make it up earlier.

Jason, Barry and I will be at site #11, which I assume is right next door.

We have one group diving springs in the area, another doing a charter in Panama City, and I may end up doing a shore dive in Panama City, so there will be plenty of people to dive with. Not sure what's up for Sunday, but I'm sure we can come up with a plan.

What am I doing wrong? When ever I post pictures from photobucket they are blocked by my works software, but I can see Alex and Barry's photos which are posted from photobucket. What link or tags are yall using to post pictures?
