Hey Sea Life Joe. You all must be busy today. I keep getting a busy signal when I call.
Any way just wanted to check on the status of my DC800 and the Wide angle lens I sent in for service last Monday. RA# 10138.

Thanks

Hello Reeldive,

We were having our phone system upgraded so that is why you hit the busy mode. I looked into your return and it was recieved in this morning so shouldn't be too long now.

Received my replacement camera today. Sea Life also replaced my housing at no cost. Great!
Just one problem. when the camera is in the new housing three of the buttons don't engage the camera far enough to activate the controls under them. Also When I sent my camera in it had a battery in it. I didn't get my batery back. Do I need a new RA# or should I return it on the original RA. Also need to expidite things as we have a photo contest comming up on
sept 19 and I need to get the winning shot before then.

Thanks

Got hold of tech support today. They are sending new caps for the buttons that didn't work. He sugested that I shim the exsisting caps on the inside with a thin piece of cardboard in the mean time. Tried it. It appears to work. Now I need to dive it.

Thanks Sea Life
