I have to disagree. I actually just finished a whole mind-numbing debacle with Leisurepro that started with returning a wetsuit for a different size, thinking it was no issue, and being told it was no issue. 5 weeks later, I had no suit, I was told I was never charged for the $200 suit, and I was told by Leisurepro that the delays were everybody's fault but theirs. Their customer service rep was even nice enough to blame me at one point. I finally ended up getting a partial refund, but, at that point, I had already gotten the suit elsewhere at a better price, and it wasn't worth the headache to jump back into the fray for a $12 difference. So, in the end, they made a li'l bit of extra money on me on that transaction, but I will never shop there again. Seems like a great business model to me.
I do have to say that in all of my transactions with Leisurepro, through my business as well as personally(a little over $2000 just in the past 6 months ), that was my first issue in which customer service was contacted. They handled it in such a piss-poor manner that I will never shop with them. As a matter of fact, if I ever heard one of my employees saying the things that were written to me regarding my suit, they would quickly have found themselves out of a job. I have never seen a business with such a 'pass the buck' mentality. That's just my personal experience.

I have had nothing but Good experiences with LP HOWEVER need to urge every buyer to be careful buying from them and make sure YOU know what you are getting. What is your warranty and who is it with? This is a big issue because they are not authorized dealers for at least some of the lines they carry.

So, if you buy from them, feel free but do it with knowledge on your side first. They ARE NOT the solution to every gear requirement. There are a ton of great online shops and a ton of great LDS' out there. Make sure you have the one that fits your requirements the best.

I second that. I've visited their store in person last year. The level of the sales was different but I cannot say it was high. Mostly the sales were young guys they could not really give me much advise on the gear. But if you know what you need you can get the stuff there at a good price.

I'm going to have a wild guess and say that you're probably not an English teacher.

The prices are good, but you need to know enough to understand the tradeoffs of shopping there.

I've had both good and bad experiences with their customer service. Or maybe more like "neutral" and "sort of annoying." I would estimate the percentage of less than ideal experiences is higher than with most businesses I deal with. It's the price you pay for the cheap prices.
