When I was a NOOB, I was all pink. That's 'cause my ex was an all blue. Now all I have left is the pink tank and pink mask. All the other stuff wore out (third BC) or I found stuff that worked better.

But now other divers tell me they know it's me by the pink tank. They have no idea.

Black gear is not buddy friendly at many dive sites. However with that said, and through an evolution of diving styles, I find that many folks don't know how to respond to a man diving in pink although I am often the only one recognized above and below the sea!

I confess - having posted a few pages back that patches are the sign of a noob, I did put a patch on my wetsuit so I can pick it out from all the other O'Neill Hammers that get dumped in the wetsuit bucket at the end of the dive.

It was a radiation warning patch.

whats funny is that, while scrolling down to post, I see others have already mentioned the Ninja..

See.. for me..

Ninja wears black
Scuba in all black
so therefore, when I scuba I are Ninja.
Its just that simple!
