Just bought the video last week. It was great - several in our group bought it - $50!! great quality video. Hey H20newbie - what time did you do the dive that day? I did it the same day.. Were you at FIBR?

I did this dive when we went on the windsurf cruise. The current can be pretty stiff at times. The women on the dive were not able to go down the line against the current. Very good shark dive. This was my third location and the best one I've seen to date. Definately book it.

Hi everyone. We are leaving for Roatan this coming Saturday (Mar. 8) very early morning. How do I sign up for the shark dive? Who do we contact? Does it run every day? What was the cost? How far in advance do we have to sign up? Thanks. Linda

Looking at my credit card statement looks like it was $101.08 (they wrote the charge on the slip in Lempiras). I think it was like $95 plus tax. Plus we had to pay $12 for the bus from our resort (Fantasy Island) to take us to the shark dive location.

You can't swing a dead cat on Roatan lest you hit someone who will wire you in. Check with your lodging folks or your dive op. Heck- ask the baggage handler at the airport. Kind of like being in Orlando and wondering how to get to the Big Mouse.

Or just :search:

We charge $85.00 the video is $50.00 and they run every day but sun most all dive shops or resorts can set it up for you

Ed... you gotta come around ScubaBoard more often- people are just nuts for "Mr. Grey"- you gotta fill them in with the details.

There is no website, is there?

Hi Ed, Nice to see you on SB.
It was definitely convenient to do the shark dive with you last year since you took us right from ILR on Sunday. Are you still doing your own from ILR or shipping folks over with Wahuka?
And your $85 was cheaper than what I paid...
Good luck with your ongoing project there.
