Perfect! That's exactly what I was looking for!

You guys are doing great. I love it. :D

Suggestions:

1.) How about an option of when you click Quick Links --> Post History to show in "threads list view" instead of "posts list view"? (like when you click advanced search and search by user name, by default it shows in Thread View) Either add this other option or make this a switchable option in your user profile. I think you'll find a lot of people check threads they've posted in this way often to see what's recent. *(They don't always want to suscribe to them for example).

2.) Need Max pic size using tag. or at least max width.

3.) Improve search engine. I think this might be a limitation of VBulletion though.

Features added in the last year I like
* Block this thread
* Search PM box.
* Mquote feature.

I've noticed since the upgrade though that when you try to open several threads at one by SHIFT-CLICK'ing them to open in new windows, that it takes forever. This is only since the upgrade a few months ago and does it regardless of whether I use home/work/laptop computer. I'm wondering if this has something to do with a dynamic database lookup on the thread that is slower now?

Yep, but I think this is already on the list. I know another V-board that auto sizes to 700 max wdie.

Hi, Bubble Blowers !!!

What we're asking here is not so much about the improvements that can be made in the mechanics of the board, but moreso about how do you think that we, the moderators and advisors, are administering the moderation of the board.

I think there should be more Moderators who use puns on a routine basis, or at least have a minimum quota of puns per moderator per day ;)

I think it's a great board on the whole. I've learned a lot, got some great information and met some good dive buddies. My only frustration is that when someone asks a question sometimes a barrage of put-downs and name calling proceed without the posters knowing ALL the information before attacking. It can make one think twice about posting a problem and looking for feedback. Some of these people should spend more time diving and less time thumping their chests on the board. I think the moderators should try (although I don't know how) to limit the amount of bashing people can post (not counting the good-natured intending bantering, of course).

The biggest problem is the censorship that goes on. This is supposed to be America... but somehow that has been forgotten. If there is something explitive (foul language) that is one thing, but the censorship of opinions is truly offensive. I'm offended by things people say or write all the time, but I respect their right to say it. On Scubaboard, this simple basis of American cluture is lost. I'd rather be offended than be censored... and I would bet that most Americans feel the same way. Other than that, the board is a great source of information for divers and allows colorful interaction that benefits most.

May I ask, is this censorship you are referring to occurring mostly in non-diving related issues (political, environmental, etc), or in diving related, or unilaterally?
