We have an awesome video while diving at Director's Bay, Curacao. A pod of dolphins swimming next to us while diving and then next to the boat as we move to the next reef. How can I upload?

How "open" is it in October?

It should be fairly open. It's mid hurricane season which means less Cruise ship traffic
