Anyone have a good source for DUI Pee Valve tubing. I got some 3/8" neoprene tubing from McMaster-Carr but it is a tad too big and inflexible. Anyone know the exact size they use?

Well this appears to be the right tubing:

I ordered the standard 10ft section, they sent me three, so I have enough for life.

Pretty sure it's Norprene (not neoprene) tubing you're looking for.

I just rechecked the tube on my drysuit, you are right. Not sure why I read it neoprene. Though talking to DUI it sounds like they don't really have a spec for the tubing, so it sounds like it isn't too particular.

What made you replace yours?

It wasn't the right length, pulling it up and over my undies was a struggle, so I am extending it a few inches.

Norprene here I come... been chasing a slight leak from my trigon the last few dives and didn't have any luck. When removed from the suit I could block the outlet and it would hold pressure but I'd still end up with a bit of wet at the end of my dive. Reset my connections and zip tied them to ensure it was tight. Then Wednesday I was flushing and had pulled the tube up a little bit when connection my bottle. My foot got wet and cold. The damn trigon spiral wrapped hose had fully separated and given up... there were a couple other splits I found when inspecting it and slightly bending it. I cut out the bad section and added a new M/F dry break to get the hose happy while I wait on a new one to arrive.

So, what source did you end up using? I was quoted $40 from my LDS with a month+ wait time.

McMaster-Carr. The shipping across the country will be more than the cost of the tubing, unless you add other stuff like the QD connectors for the condoms. But you should get it in a week.
