Oring sizes

After getting my used Capitano turning I've found that the check valves are both leaking between the body halves. Looks like the orings have seen the end of their lifespan.
The valve itself is working fine although I will need to do a complete replacement of one due to the 1/4npt to JIC fitting galling the threads on the valve. Unanodized aluminum seems a very poor choice of material.

Does anyone know the oring size and durometer? It's definitely not the same size as a DIN oring.

Why don't you buy the service kit? O-ring is included. To expensive?

You can measure o-ring seat and I can calculate o-ring size.

Turns out it's academic anyway, both check valves are cracked in the female threads. I think likely due to over tightening in the past.
I've got a complete replacement on the way for both. Another expense but small compared to the rest of the project.
I was tempted to replace them with the stainless steel Mako valves and I may in the future. Unanodized aluminum seems like a poor choice for that part. The replacements I found are at least anodized on both halves.

What is the price for those 2 check valves? I guess they are Bauer original parts, so very, very expensive.

Fortunately my Bauer Capitano never ever had this problem. If any day I will need new check valves I will probably buy anything like that Mini - Sicherheitsventile, einstellbar 0,5 - 60 bar, Messing || Pneuparts

I had a look at my Capitano, check valves seem to be aluminium. I am not 100% sure as they are painted. No idea if they are anodized. I will not touch as long as they are working.

Bauer parts are very expensive, I often change to any other part which is much cheaper and which works fine as well.

Now I am confused. My Capitano has no check valve (one way valve). It has an inlet and outlet valve one every cylinder, the outlet valve is a one way walve. But it is integrated in cylinder head.

So your Capitano has additional one way valves between each cylinder?

Still confused....

Not between cylinders. These go before and after the filter tower. Although the one downstream of the tower seems redundant since the PMV also acts as a one way valve.
