I'm a Zeagle fan myself and would stear you in that direction, although I don't think you could make a wrong choice between the two. Since you are looking at the Ranger, you should also look at the Tech w/ 40lb lift... this gets you the dual clips on the front replacing the velcro cumberbund; wich will wear out (eventually) but more importantly to me, will not snag up nylon on your exposure suit... even us drysuit divers run a wet suit once in a while:) Don't forget the difference in the bladder either. As already stated by others the inside bladder is replaceable if needed.
