Roll on your back and use your snorkel? Do you have photos? :D

Oh yes... several. Although I consider them private. ;)

I've got about 60 dives on my Brigade and I love it. Get your trim weights right in the back and you won't have any trouble on the surface. If you have it sized right it will fit like a glove, very comfortable. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Just received my Brigade, and it fits perfect (on land) so far. I cant wait to get it wet, hopefully real soon. I will have to spend some time trimming it out, as this is my first back inflate with the rear trim pockets. I will report back once it's wet.

Thanks for all the great replies. I think I am going to get the Brigade. How long has Zeagle been it business?

So is the Brigade an Escape with a different bladder or do I have that mixed up?

cfelliot:
Ranger with an Escape bladder
so why is the ranger so much more expensive than the brigade?

I've asked myself the same question.

Part of Larry's description on Scubatoy's web site: "I pulled the Bladder off the Escape, and put it onto my old Ranger - and Presto!! I had the perfect BC!"

Larry?

Just to comfort you in your decision, whatever brand you choose, back inflate bc doesn't need a huge adjustment from you, but it make a hell of a difference on your trimming. The best part is that it doesn't take you 25-50 dives to achieve such a good trimming.

I don't think that you could go wrong with the Brigade, since I own a Stiletto. The only thing that made me chose the Stiletto over the Escape and Brigade was the fabric of the bladder and in bonus the stainless d-ring compared to the plasctic one of the Escape.

The Brigade has stainless steel D-rings.
