Here is what I gleened from these pages.
- Bull sharks are the #3 attacker (10% of total) historically. (#1 White, #2 Tiger)
- Scuba Divers (Non Spear Fishing) only account for 7% of all attacks
- In the US since 1959 there have been 1857 die from Lightning strikes and only 22 from Sharks (740 attacks)

I read somewhere that more people die from hog attacks and accidents in Arkansas every year than from sharks.Kim:I should imagine that more people get bitten by dogs than sharks - and I expect that the fatality rate is also higher.![]()
