There is a hardly a better spot in the world for a vacation that includes seeing the desert, ancient world wonders, and diving. The Aqaba Dive village has multiple dive centers and hotels. Or you can stay at an upscale hotel right in Aqaba a few miles away. In a week you can spend your time in the desert at a beduin camp, visit Petra, and do some diving. It was an easy way to spend some great time after flying in and before flying out.
