Do you lube a yoke valve insert with cristolube to make removal easier and help prevent any galvanic corrosion?

Are you leaving them in while filling and diving yoke?

Yes, leaving it in permanantly. I don't have any plans to dive DIN at this time, so the insert will stay in until me or someone else starts diving DIN.
