If you have time, try a dive at the Firehole River, Yellowstone Nat'l Park (Wyoming)
Read the entire post. Says to wear hoods because of current (protect ears).

My dive plan would to be to launch at downstream close to where swimmers exit. Then see how far we could swim/crawl upstream, before turn gas pressure.
Point out that this is altitude diving.

Welp, one day of planned diving has now expanded into at least two days, more if I can find someone with a boat to take us to the West Thumb Basin.
