Well I just finished building my first O2 analyzer - got the kit from RC Dive. It took 4 hours at work in between customers. If anyone's interested - here's my "review" of the process and pictures http://www.kidspot.org/personal/scuba/o2/o2_1.html

Aloha, Tim

Nice job. I have this one too. I enjoyed making it... although I messed up cutting. But, it seems to work and was fun. that resister was a pain in the butt, though. I was using the cold heat iron and it wasn't that great for that particular task.

You're descriptions and pictures are great. Better than the "manual". Nicely done.

I'm trying to figure out a good solution for connecting to my DIN valve so that I don't have to crack the valvel open and have the air just leak out for 30+ seconds.

BTW, You have some great info on that site of yours. I've used a couple things several times. I appreciate the effort.

Take care,
Chris

Thanks for the comments Chris - and glad the site has been useful. On the next O2 analyzer that I make I want to use a toggle switch from Radio Shack - it will be a lot easier to drill out a 1/2" hole than it was to cut a rectangular one in the housing ... live and learn I guess.

Aloha, Tim
