I just bought one of these and it's REALLY difficult to adjust. It makes me wonder if I'm doing it wrong or if it's just designed that way and once I set it, I should just forget it.

Hey Clam:
The attachment of the Deluxe Tank Carrier uses the same 2" dual nylon straps as on our BC's. With a little use the nylon straps soften up some. And once the adjusted you don't adjust it again unless you change to a cylinder of different diameter. If you still have troubles give me a call, 866 977-2822.

Well other than the difficulty of the bands being stiff, it's the way they are doubled over and looped through the latches. In order for me to adjust size, I have to loosen everything up in loops and the velcro will end up sticking to the opposite end as I do it. Maybe it's fed wrong?
