Wrinkles Dive Boat Trip...length

I just got off the phone with Capt Dave of the P-Star and we could get a good deal on a overnite trip. I will have to work out the dollar amount if you guys like the idea but what we were looking at was leaving the dock at 7pm on a Friday get to the island by 9pm and get in 2 night dives and on Saturday we have the whole day to dive.

What do you guys think?

Its only one night away from home, we're back at a reasonable time, we'll get 4 dives in on Sat and a couple of night dives on Friday - plus the PacStar is my fav boat.

Will they be PP blending on this trip? 6 dives in a little over a day would definately be EAN city for me (as a preference.)

Dive location Catalina front and backside(weather permiting)

Ok the dates available are
Jan.9(sun)
Jan.15(sat)
Feb.6(sun)
Feb.12(sat)
Feb.19(sat)
Feb.26(sat)
Feb.27(sun)

So we would leave the night before each of the above dates.

Price would be:

$125ea. if we have the max of 24 divers
$135ea. 22 divers
$150ea. 20 divers

Included in the price is:

Air Fills
Food,snacks,and drinks. Beer and Wine is also included
Dive Master
Use of kayak

Nitrox is $12 per fill

If everyone likes this idea we will have to plan it fast before the dates are sold out. I figure we have 1-2 weeks to plan and collect the money to lock in the charter. If we do not have enough divers to fill a charter we "might" be able to do a half charter but lets first see if we could fill the boat.

Depending on the date, I'm up for it. I'd rather do 1 day dive, but overnight will be ok. I can probably get a couple friends to help fill the boat..

That sounds great! The price is reasonable, too, for overnight. If we can get either the Jan. 9 or Feb. 6 dates, count me in! I'm guessing that there's a poll somewhere to see which date works best? :06:
We'll also mention this at the Dec. 1 So Cal Oly group meeting - we've been talking about doing a group boat dive, so I'm sure we'll be able to fill up the boat.
