Pete: True you haven't been cleared to go yet. Better send me that daytime phone number. You could really be a woman pretending to be this NetDoc guy named Pete.

We now have 6 rooms left, not counting the suites. By the way the top suite left has one king size bed and a jacuzzi. Interested?
The 2 other suites have a roll away queen sleeper and two bathrooms, in each suite. One has a king bed in it, one has 2 doubles. Catch all that?

The rooms that are still waiting to be filled are as follows:

3 rooms with King beds at 745.00 each
2 rooms with double beds for two people in them at 592.98 each
1 king room kitchenette for 790.16 each.
The resort has two roll away beds we can use for 10.00 more a day.
So if we need to make one of the king bed rooms into a two person room it will bring the price down for each person, but you'll have to take turns on the roll away.

Thanks to Sandy and Cindy, for agreeing to share a room.
This saved them both money, and opened up the " B" King size room. Price 656.96. Going .. Going ...

If the Jacuuzi room was option "A" on your list, I thought that was what I had 'reserved' for myself and Pete (the doubles part of the room)??

Or am I just confused as usual??

You're not confused. Well, maybe we all are a little ..
You said you wanted the 525.00 room per person. That is option A. It has two double beds in it, so you and Pete don't have to squeeze into a King again ..LoL
Option B is also the lower priced room, a little more for a single person to have it to themslves, but has a King bed in it.
The suite with the jacuzzi doesn't have a letter and I never gave out a price on the suites.
Did I explain that better now?

:sunny:

Let me explain the suites a bit better.
First off, I will tell you the resort was afraid of getting stuck with them. When there is a large group there, they have a harder time selling the suites to the public. I wanted to make them happy, so I offered to take a suite. I have one with a King Bed and a Jacuzzi. (It's Mother's Day isn't it?)
There is also another suite with a king bed and a jacuzzi available.
The two other suites do not have jacuzzis. One has two double beds in it along with a pull out queen sleeper, and two bathrooms.
The other has all of that but has a king bed in it, instead of the two doubles. ( Still has two bathrooms and a queen pull out sleeper)
Did that explain it even better?

Doesn't everyone wish they were a travel agent! It's so much fun keeping all the bedding straight.
PS The manager Stephaine has been a guest on our board to help make sure I have been keeping it all straight. (Hi Stephanie)

The arrangement sounds fine to me....

And just like "two wrongs don't make a right", neither do two Jesters make a King

Scroll up, I explained it a bit more.
Let me also add a few things.
#1 Deposits must reach me by the end of Feb.
#2 Yes, I take personal checks so don't worry about running out to the bank and post office.
I'm a " real" business and we take personal checks all day. I'm not going to change my policy because this is a board trip.
#3 I have never had a bad check written to me in 9 years of being in my own business. Please don't break my record!
#4 We have to give back any rooms we do not have deposits for on March 16th.
Address and Checks are made out to:
Coast to Coast Travel

Homewood, Il.

Thanks! You guys are great.

Hey Natasha,

I just love to earn more LLBean Dollars from my Visa Card. Is there some way we can charge any of this?

Scuba-sass :-)

No charge cards. So sorry.
The money has to be split up so many ways. The instructor gets some, the food, the resort, the dive shop, and the boat owner, to name a few.
PS. tips are not included for the divemaster and the tank fillers and captain. I usually collect a bit from the whole group and we give it to them on the last day in envelopes, while the whole group is present.
I'll let Walter tell you how much he thinks is the right price.
