Hey ya'll,
Just got my OW and planning to do somediving whenever I can squeeze some in to my hectic schedule. I emailed some of the people that were in my OW class and trying to get them out to Dutch Springs Sept 18th. Hope to see some of you out there!
I emailed XJae but I live in Islip, Long Island and just have my OW now. Will be taking some AOW classes in the fall.

Just got an email from one of my buddies. Looks like a few of us may be doing Dutch the 25th and 26th.

Why not Secret Beach, or Duck Pond or Ponquogue Bridge. All just a few of the great beach sites on the Island.
A hell of a lot closer than Dutch, and its real diving in a real enviorment. (even though not as deep).

Even though Secret is further out, it is exceptionally easy dive and interesting too. I am sure you can hook up with someone. Sometimes you can just go there and hook up with someone there.

Where is Duck Pond? I have been diving at Secret Beach and I know where Ponoquogue Bridge is although i have not been there yet. I am always up for somewhere new on the Island, Secret Beach and Ponoquogue are a little far for me (I am right on the Queens/Nassau border) this time of year due to the weekender traffic, But I would like to try and do the bridge later this fall.
