Does anyone know of a semi-reliable source (why be too demanding, right?) of underwater wreck site maps? I'm talking more about wreck site layout and less about precise measurements (relatively to scale, though)?

I know of several great sites that provide Loran and GPS coordinates but I'm looking more for diver or archeological survey maps to orient on a dive site when diving it for the first time. I love Art to Media's maps but those are way beyond what I'm looking for.

Something along these lines: http://www.archaeology.ncdcr.gov/images/ncarch/huron.gif

I realize I may have to just search on each wreck independently but I'm hoping that somewhere there may be a site that compiles these sorts of maps centrally.

Often times dive shops will have maps of varying detail and accuracy for local wrecks.

Many socal shops have maps of the HMCS Yukon and the Ruby E. In the Keys you'd probably find the Bib and the Duane (if I have my Florida geography correct). In the panhandle they likely have Oriskany maps.

May be something you can find online as well.

For some information on the wrecks off of Broward County, Florida (info also extends into Dade and Palm Beach counties), try dixiediver.com. In the center of the page is "dive sites." Under dive sites is "wreck dive". If you select wreck dive, a list of wrecks will appear. Detailed information about each wreck will appear for each wreck you select.
