Has anyone heard anything about the Down Under Scuba wreck hunting expedition? I know they have been out for a couple of days trying to locate or identify new wrecks.

Down Under is a Dive Shop in Cary. From time to time the charter a boat and go look for undiscovered wrecks. I don't know if they have ever found anything or not. You book the trip as if you would a regular charter (I think), but there is no guarantee you will find anything, since it is a hunting expedition.

I was not able to do the wreck hunt this year, but I heard about it. They were blown out the first day (could not go out). They did not find any new wrecks, but the schedule was such they still did several dives on known wrecks. The folks who went on the trip had a great time.
