Some weird weather for 2021. For the last 20 years the first three weeks of January have traditionally been blown out with East Winds. Lately we're getting all West Winds but with a lot of big swell waves making it very diveable.

Dove West Palm Beach today with Steve, BJ., Jim, & Chad. Tiny winds, 2 ft smooth rollers, 70 degrees on the bottom, 1 knot current and 50ft viz. The first team did the Ana Cecilia and the Sasha wreck treks and the second team scooped up bugs. There's some huge fat bull sharks around, and when they pass by ,,,,you just kinda watch in amazement at their size and grin. Everything is showing up for the big mating party right now. I always make "Boat Food" and today was scorching hot BBQ ribs with noodles. It warmed us right up for the 2nd drops.

Inside the inlet we got pulled over by the US Coast Guard with the flashing Blue Lights. (No Johnoly you can't play with the boat's siren, lol). We were polite and they were professional. We were all legal and they complimented us on our Lobster hunting skills. I get pulled over 3-5 times a year and always during mini-season. Never a problem and some of the long-time guys know us from seeing our social media posts like this one. Yes, they even read ScubaBoard & FB groups.

Nice day on the water and plenty of smiles and laughs !!
