I've done both many times...skydive.
You have had a cold for a week and you need to blow your nose but all you have in a poor-quality, rough tissue or a super-soft shirt sleeve. Which do you use?

shirt-sleeve!!! (As long as my wife isn't in the room)
be at an island resort with no phones, tv, a/c, roads, nuthin but a bar, a beach, rooms and a dive shack, or a commercial resort with a mall in spitting distance, roads and all the trimmings of a city nearby (both have incredible diving, of course, why else would you go?)
