Im looking to purchase a new or used HP119 Steel tank made from Worthington. Willing to travel. Must be within hydro.

I don't think you will find new. I was searching few weeks for Worthington X7-120 without sucsess and finaly bought Sherwood HP 120.
If you ok with HP130, I know that scubatoys.com had one for good price two weeks ago.

Looks like the days of Worthington Steel scuba tanks are done. Thanks for your input Roman_66, but i looking for a steel tank that has the same boyonacy characteristics as a steel 95. Steel 95 is my go to tank

Are you sure that XS- Scuba stopped selling them. They are still on their site ...
