#1 Yes Nauticam has a DSLR housing to Subal type III adapter.
#2 The minimum focus distance is the same with all of the ports. The only difference is that the 3.5 dome can get a little closer than the 100mm (about 11mm) and the 100mm a little closer than the 4.33 inch (about 10mm).
#3 I have owned glass ports for over fourth years and 1000's of dives. To date I have never damages and scratched any glass port or glass (Nikonos RS/2,3,4,5) lens. In fact I had my old Zen DP 170 d85 port glass put into my new DP 170 d85 II port mount because the glass was on backorder and it works fine.
