Darren also proposed such irresponsible activities as chasing sharks at 200fsw with propulsion vehicles. I reported him to the Hawai'i BBB and also wrote honest reviews of his services on Yelp! and on Trip Advisor. In the strongest possible terms, I do not recommend Darren Fox because he will get someone killed one day. For more details, or with any questions, please ferl free to contact me ar Drlaurapost@yahoo.

Darren Fox gave dangerously inadequate training AND sold more courses which he evaded teaching for 3 years despite appointments scheduled by his front desk leading to me suing (winning after a costly skiptrace to serve him because he snuck out back doors and told staff/wife to lie regarding his whereabouts - even his attorney advised me to steer clear).

Hi, I saw that you sold your Titan Rebreather last year and I wondered if you might be willing to estimate the value of the one I have.

It is brand new, never been in the water, and is complete with the exception of not having a dive computer. I really have no idea of a fair price. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks, Nick

Hello - when you say not having a dive computer, do you mean it does not have the Shearwater hard plumbed in to the head? I ended up selling mine for approx $2000. I may know someone who is looking but you're going to likely be limited to folks who currently have a Titan and need spare parts or similar, however, without the controller there isn't much value IMO.

Thanks for the reply. I have been separated from the unit following a law suit with Darren Fox that went several years. I'm currently in Iraq, so I'll need to get some pictures sent to me with the full layout of what was returned to me. My recollection is that there was the unit that handled O2 monitoring and a stand alone dive computer.

That being said, I'm not a CCR diver... I backed out on the first day of training when I realized the instruction was far below the standard I had expected. Want me to delete this thread from your profile? I couldn't figure out a discreet way of messaging you. Thanks again for your take on my situation... It's helpful to have an idea of where I stand with this mess; even if it's a disappointment.
