But that's about all I can find. A paywall blocks the news story with 12 Ft Ladded not helping and the Facebook post didn't say much. Perhaps a local member can add more...

NEWS UPDATE: A woman has died after diving off the coast of Warrnambool this afternoon.
Emergency Services were called to water off Thunder Point at a quarter to four this afternoon, finding the woman unresponsive.
Police say members of the dive crew undertook CPR on the women until they reached shore but she couldn't be revived.
Investigators say they have been told the woman completed a dive and returned to the surface when she suffered a suspected medical episode.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
