Hi there,
I had two wisdom teeth removed from below the gum line which were impacted. Will it be ok to dive six weeks after my sx? Is there any complications that could arrise? Thanks for the info and have a great day.

Hi divetraveler,

I had all my wisdom teeth (also impacted) taken out several weeks ago. I was told that I could dive after 2 weeks (doesn't sound that long but everything went well and I'm young and heal quickly) after the surgery by my dentist, who is also a diver. I did some light duty diving after 2.5 weeks and everything went fine. But that's just my experience, pay attention to how you're feeling and ask your dentist, and ere on the side of caution. Good luck and get well soon. :)
