We're going to be running Nitrox classes over two weekday/evening sessions throughout December, January & February at special rates. Classes normally run @$125 per person but we're doing 25% off ($93.75 if math is not your thing!).
Nitrox is a breathing gas with a lower proportion of Nitrogen which allows you to dive for A LOT longer and/or in a safer manner (for the older guys out there!). There is no diving as such required for this certification but you are welcome to jump in the pool before/after if you feel like it.
The first session will be an intro and overview with Rick Davies and then you will go away with the book and DVD to study for a week before you come back in for the final session, where we'll go through the practicalities and the final test etc.
These will be SSI Classes and NAUI Instructor Keith Ellert will be running a supplemental class on "Choosing the Best Mix" (free of charge) for any of the graduates that are interested.
