almost any wing will fit on almost any backplate. The very few exceptions are those made without the grommets for 11" on center. I have an older travel wing that is like that and that won't work with backplates without slots for cam bands. Of which there are also few.
So yes, the DSS wing will fit on the dive rite plate no problem

The travel EXP looks like a nice wing, they seem to have finally gotten away from making single tank wings too wide. Another option around the same cost would be the oxycheq mach V 18 or 30 lb wing. The DSS small wings attach to the DSS plates with these ingenious little rubber snaps, and instead of right and left slots for the cambands, they have cut outs so you can pull the wing right off, great for cleaning. But, that's a system that works with the DSS plates, I don;t know if they also have the 11" holes.

Guess what holes, the ingenious little rubber snaps, fit into.

I use the DR travel exp wing on a Transpac with a single hp80 in warm water (shorty) it's perfect for me.

I just got done building my tropical/ travel rig. I went with the Halcyon eclipse 30 wing with my stainless plate and STA. I love it. Plenty of lift and very streamline...

My DSS single wing works just as well on my DR AL plate as my DSS steel. The tabs line up with the 11" holes standard for doubles. The trick is the slots for the cambands, but any plate that can be uses with a single tank should have them.
