Here is my dialog with Oceanic, on what to do to fix my problem with the Software for my VEO 180, but I can't delete the Microsoft file. I have askedOceanic again, but they haven't responded. While Oceanic eventually responds to questions on their website, they are not punctual.... Anyone with a suggestion on how to get this to work?
Oceanic's Response: Uninstall the program then delete the Oceanic Folder (C:\Program Files)
and the DAO360 (C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\DAO) file
and that should fix your problem.

Runtime error 3078, why? I run Windows Vista, have downloaded the new
drivers, but still, no luck. I have uninstalled, reinstalled and
re-downloaded the upgrade, but evertime the same error - no "unit of measure" This works fine on my Windows XP software computer, but not my Sony Vaio with Vista.
