You obviously have not been in a US nursing home or hospital! Not only nurses but doctors and caregivers in general too!
 
Philippines exports its best and brightest and leaves peeps like Duterte to run the country. So sad.
 
My friend, a dive shop training manager has finished preparation to retire in the Philippines. He is allowed to travel there now.

Lucky bastage. He's retiring to Dumaguete. I'm jelly.
 
My dive shop has secured travel to the Philippines in November. I will ask how they have been able to do what sounds like the impossible
