Wide, medium or narrow?

I've read positives about all but it's difficult to change under water. What's the best to set it at?

Depends on what you are shooting. If you don't want to change underwater...medium is a decent compromise. Works fine for macros and medium range shots

I generally shoot 2.7 Medium or 1080 Narrow in the highest framerate for the conditions (i.e., little/no ambient light = lower frame rate)
