Yes, it's compatible, I used flat short port + 16-50mm + AOI UWL-09F for several years. Not sure why you'd need to email them; lens compatibility is listed right on the website:

Yes i notice they mentioned it. Just need to make sure because in the excel file, they also mention 16-50mm is not compatible with "Flat Short port With 67MM Thread"
