Why "NA" on dive plan mode on D6i

I just don't log dives
My backup Sunnto "locked out" (?) out. Currently, the Plan No Deco Mode shows "NA". One would think that 48 hrs later this would be resolved. I mostly use the D6i on gauge mode, but clearly it was on Dive-Nitrox mode. After 500+hours as backup, I would have thought this might have happened before. Helpful suggestions welcome.
