That study is clearly flawed, due to a selection bias. Everyone knows that salmon are notorious sociopaths, and lack basic empathy which would correlate with alterations in CNS metabolism when viewing social situations, with or without emotional valence...
 
ASNR = acute spontaneous nasal reflux, i.e. coffee came out of my nose.
 
I think I would like the guys who designed that study . . .

Gives a whole new meaning to having the affect of a dead fish.
