Why gas is $3/gallon (an Engineering Masterpiece)

A friend sent me this... I thought it was kinda cool what they did here. (of course it's amazing what $3/gallon gas prices will build the folks with the oil).

Remember, this is in the middle of the desert.... The very HOT desert where temperatures get up to 120 degrees....

I was amazed by the building in the background to the right in the 1st pic - the one that looks like sails on a ship. It was on the cover of heliops magazine. They made an island for that one.... But skiing???? I have to agree...an odd world we live in.:shakehead

Yeah i've read a few articles in numerous magazines about 'The Palms' Dennis.

In fact they're plants afoot to built a similiar sized replica of the 'world', from space one will be able to see all the continents and major islands of the world.

The draw of this I suppose is that the nouveau rich can say I live on the 'South America' island or something to that effect.

Gas is not $3 a gallon, as according to the the American hating Godless Religious Left, we are in Iraq to "steal the oil", so since we are stealing it and not paying any $ for it, gas is really only 75 cents a gallon.
