We did Bass Rocks this afternoon and only managed to get one lobster. Vis was about 3 feet with lots of surge and we had 4 foot waves breaking on shore. Not ideal hunting weather but what I found interesting was the complete lack of marine life. It was barren. I was up there 2 weeks ago and it was thriving. The water temp hasn't changed (50°) so I don't think that's it. Anyone been up there recently? Same observations?

I've been getting more bugs and in shallower water the last few weeks. Who knows:bonk:
