Depends on how authentic you want your mojito to be. The main area in which most bars fall short is they use sugar (or simple syrup) instead of sugar cane juice, which is how the drink is traditionally made. Sugar cane juice, however, is expensive to stock vs. the simple sugar already on hand, so it is VERY difficult to find a truly authentic mojito. Well worth it if you find a place that does, however.driftin' by:Thanks for backing me up. I think the key is to muddle the mint with sugar by hand versus using some sugary, pre-mixed syrup. YMMV
