My buddy and I were thinking about diving White's beach yesterday. We arrived and there was only one car there. the surface was like a mirror. I thought we were still in off-season, but posted signs say permit required starting May 1st. :no We decided to move on to Pebble. If you've dove white's is it worth it? The ledge on the left side looks interesting. I figured that we'd be OK for a few dives as its still before Memorial Day and no one was on the beach. We were concerned that perhaps we'd get ticketed and towed. Does anyone have experience with local law enforcement? Thanks!
