I worked with the RPV city planner to get our access back. I sent an email to a few friends to let them know that we may be able to get in on Sunday when no construction work was going on. Unfortunately, four of them went in on Saturday. The conditions were bad, but two decided to dive anyway. The planner was NOT happy about that! I think we can still get in this Sunday.
