Okay, marine experts, please help me identify this creature. It was in very shallow water (less than 10 feet) in the cove at Pt Lobos State Natural Reserve in Carmel, CA. Picture was taken 4/9/16. I hope it's clear enough for someone to be able to tell what it is.
