Hi all,

I'm about to order a 19 cu ft pony for use as a bailout system. I'm planning to mount it upside down, strapped to the tank strap on my BC. I want to be able to reach the valve knob with my right hand, so I figured I should get not a regular tank valve, but a "mirror-image". Am I right on this or am I overlooking something? It's a little hard to conceptualize the set-up in my mind without actually having the stuff around and playing with it. Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.

If you want an inverted tank that you can reach with your right hand then yes a left hand valve is what you need.

Or you could just have the valve opening facing away from you when you mount it.
