ok I am looking at two regulators my furture dive are at deepest plan on 130 and manily used to wreck dive some may be cold ect
one the atx 200
or Genesis OZ titanium

I dive with an apex TX40 and if money was no object it would be an atx200. Apex seem to consistantly get good reviews.

Apex are made in the UK (as was I) so servicing and parts availability is good for me. You might want to check with your LDS.

There have been a few concerns about using Titanium in regs. While it is very corrosion resistant there can be a problem when it is in a high pressure, oxygen rich environment. I don't think there have been any real life issues but you might want to do a little research.

A biased vote for the ATX200. I have one and have used it for the past 3 months... fantastic! Upside down, sideways, deep... breathes the same: easy and dry. I say this having not tried your alternative and also having not tried an ATX50.... but you will not be disappointed with the 200. Also, the hose configuration off the first stage is sweet.

I sport the Flathead VI and just ordered the IV for the wife. The ZX seconds are sweet breathing and since the Zeagle is just an improvment on the Apeks, and AMERICAN made, I went with them. Any thoughts from the die-hard Apeks users?
