which pic is better ?

I like the photo on the left. It fills the frame and the details are great.
 
The picture on the left is more interesting in terms of content and framing, but it's a tough call!
 
The color and exposure is better on the left.
The composition is better on the right but it is a bit overexposed. Notice that the white is washed out.

I like them both.

If you can adjust the right one to get detail in the bright areas then I would go with that one. If not then the left is better overall.
 
The left one is better in focus, and shows more anatomical detail.
